As the former owner of Swerve Grill, with locations in Beachwood, Ohio and Atlanta, Georgia, he built a reputation for bold flavors, innovative sauces, and consistently satisfying meals that left guests smiling — and often dancing with delight.
Cooking is more than a profession for Chef Goods; it’s a personal journey. He describes it as something that “soothes his soul,” and his love for perfecting recipes and crafting signature sauces is evident in every bite.
A highlight of his career came in 2018, when he was proudly featured in Scene 29’s "Black-Owned Cleveland Restaurants You Should Have Tried by Now", a testament to his culinary influence and community impact.
